designed a B2B mental health platform rooted in ethical, human-centered AI and design thinking. conducted field research across hospitals and schools in India, synthesized insights into strategy reports, and led a cross-functional team of 10 to build a digital transformation roadmap for scalable, AI-powered mental health systems.
